Taste Description

Taste Description

Nose

Lifted aromas of blueberries, dusty cacao, sweet and sour pastry, layered by hints of fresh tar and black rose.

Flavours and Palate

Crunchy wild cranberries and bright blueberries are reigned in with layers of savoury stalks, pastry and hints of spice. Silky tannin add depth and tone, guiding the essence of the fruit through the palate, leaving subtleties of crushed pepper and cinnamon spice notes on the finish

Viticulture

Viticulture

2012 is an excellent vintage. A low yielding and early long ripening season provided optimal flavor.
