The stunning co-fermentation of the Cabernet and Shiraz creates a rich and textured wine. Dark brambly fruits are layered with aniseed and peppery spice, while velvety tannins create depth, defined by crisp acidity and beautiful lines for a full and long palate.
Vintage Conditions
A warm spring with even flowering and set, giving good yields. A mild summer, and long ripening period delivered full fruit flavours and balanced acidity. An outstanding Coonawarra vintage.
